Indulgent Twist: How to Make a Raspberry Chocolate Espresso Martini at Home


This Raspberry Chocolate Espresso Martini is inspired by the idea of combining your favorite dessert flavors in a glass! Imagine the rich taste of chocolate, the boldness of espresso, and a surprising burst of raspberry all working together to create a cocktail that’s indulgent yet refreshing. It’s the perfect drink to elevate any evening, whether you’re celebrating or just treating yourself.



Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Vodka

  • 1 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream

  • 1 oz Raspberry Syrup

  • 1 oz Espresso or Cold Brew

  • Chocolate Syrup

  • Fresh Raspberries


Glass: Martini Glass


Directions:

  1. Chill your martini glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes.

  2. Brew your espresso or cold brew if you haven't already, and let it cool slightly.

  3. In a cocktail shaker, add vodka, Bailey's, raspberry syrup, and the cooled espresso.

  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.

  5. Dress glass with chocolate syrup.

  6. Strain the mixture into your chilled martini glass.

  7. Garnish with a few fresh raspberries.
